Regular Cancellation and Refund Framework

100% Refund

Qualified for: Full refund excluding service charges

Refund Process Time: 5-7 working days

Service Charge: €50 for card payments

24-72 Hours Before Charter

50% Refund

Qualified for: Half of the total charter fee

Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the reimbursement

Under 24 Hours Prior to Charter

No Refund

Qualified for: No reimbursement available

Alternative: An offer for credit towards charters might be given at the discretion of the management

Cancellations due to Adverse Weather

Our Commitment to Safety

We prioritize safety above all. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions confirmed by our expert captain as hazardous for sailing, we provide several alternatives:

  • Entire Refund: Offered if rescheduling proves unfeasible
  • Change of Date: Shift your booking to another available slot without extra charges
  • Charter Credit: Credit valid for one year from the initial booking date

Evaluating Weather Conditions

We employ the following criteria for our weather checks:

  • Evaluation of wind conditions and trends
  • Estimates on wave magnitude and ocean state
  • Outlook for visibility and rainfall
  • Notices and cautions issued by maritime authorities
  • Safety appraisal by our professional captain

Decision Cut-off: Decisions on weather-based cancellations are concluded at least 4 hours before the planned departure.

Reimbursements for Medical Urgencies

Emergency Situations

We are sympathetic to unforeseen medical emergencies. Below are scenarios that may be eligible for additional consideration:

  • Sudden health complications or injuries necessitating hospital care
  • Passing of a family member
  • Unexpected military deployment or recall
  • Jury duty or legal subpoena obligations
  • Natural calamities affecting travel

Requirement for Documentation

To request an expedited refund under emergency conditions, please provide:

  • Medical proof or hospital records
  • Death notice (if applicable)
  • Verified military directives
  • Official court summons or jury duty papers
  • Travel warnings or statements of emergency

Refund Sequence: Refunds induced by emergencies are finalized within 3-5 working days after receiving the necessary paperwork.

Cancellations Due to Operational Factors

Technical Difficulties with the Vessel

Should there be an irreparable mechanical issue with your designated vessel:

  • Substitute Vessel: We will endeavor to provide a comparable alternative
  • Complete Refund: Issued if no suitable replacement is obtainable
  • Partial Refund: Applied if the substitute has disparities in pricing
  • Compensation: Additional reparation might be granted for the inconvenience

Non-availability of Crew

In the unlikely circumstance that a certified crew member is not available:

  • We will attempt to find a replacement crew member
  • Full refund in case the charter is impossible to conduct
  • Options to reschedule without additional charges

  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 working days

Refunds for Partial Services

Incomplete Service

In the event that your charter experience is cut short or disturbed due to issues we control:

  • Adjusted refund corresponding to the unused portion
  • Credit note for an equivalent future charter
  • Free services or promotions as recompense

Guest-Induced Disruptions

Should the charter end prematurely owing to the behaviour or disregard for safety by the guests:

  • No refund for the unused time
  • Full charge is still applicable
  • Extra fees may be levied
